Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for orders over HKD$500, free standard shipping is available to Hong Kong addresses.

Can you ship anywhere in the world?

Please add the desired product to the shopping cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page to see if we can deliver it.

If I am an international customer, is there anything I need to be aware of?

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Since the price we indicate is tax-exclusive, customers need to pay the corresponding tax when the goods are imported.

Orders

How do I make changes to my order?

Please provide your order number within 6 hours of placing the order (not applicable to in-store pickup orders). As each natural jadeite item is unique, such items cannot be altered. If you want to change the accessories of the product (for example: the clip attached to the pendant), please provide the URL or name of the new color at the same time. If you want to change the model, style or color of other products, please let us know by email.

How do I know if an order has been placed successfully?

If you have received a confirmation email from us, it means that you have successfully placed the order! You can also log in to your account to view old order history and track recent orders.

Why am I not receiving my order confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails may fall into spam / abusive Send mail folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact us for further investigation.

I ordered several items at the same time, but only one item was found when I received it. Is it lost?

Please open all boxes to check first. If the order contains additional accessories, such as a pendant with a clip, we will pre-install the clip unless the customer advises otherwise. In general, we try to put items in one email. If you have checked and cannot find the remaining items, please email contact us.

I missed the latest promotional offer after my order was confirmed, can I still get the relevant discount?

Please contact us within two days of order confirmation, or before the expiration date of the promotion, and provide Relevant discount codes and order numbers. As long as the promotional offers are still valid, we are happy to make relevant arrangements for you.

Can I use two discount codes on the same order?

Sorry, only one discount code can be used per order.

How do I clean my jade products?

Natural jadeite jade series products can be rinsed with water and then wiped dry with a cloth. If the effect is not good, you can clean the sculpture with a brush, rinse it with water again, and then dry it with a cloth.

Do you provide product warranty?

Sorry, we cannot provide warranty for jadeite products.
